One would think that cleaning your bedroom would include obvious things to clean – who NEEDS a checklist, right?
The things that are obvious to clean to some, are VERY overwhelming for others.
I have found that having a simple cleaning checklist for your bedroom, or ANY room in your home, makes cleaning the room SO much easier when you have a list of tasks to complete.

To be honest, I used to only clean my bedroom like this once a month, but I found that going quickly through each of the cleaning items on the list made keeping my bedroom clean and clutter-free MUCH easier week after week.

Getting your teenager to clean their room is SUCH a challenge (well, if you want them to clean it the right way haha!)
This bedroom cleaning checklist for teenagers below is a great list of things that you know need to be done – and they need to do them in order for their room to be considered truly clean (and not things just shoved under the bed or in the closet!)
I know the cleaning checklist says “for kids”, but to me, it’s a more appropriate list of bedroom cleaning chores for tweens and teens (I have a bedroom checklist just for younger kids below).
